Every consequential observation needs a source, status, owner, and correction path.

This policy separates what was seen from what was verified, inferred, recommended, or not evaluated.

Eight labels keep different kinds of evidence separate.

Review and responsibility.

  • FlatAEC organizes and evaluates evidence. The client’s qualified reviewer owns technical, legal, engineering, compliance, procurement, and publication accuracy.
  • High-risk facts are routed to the named reviewer before a recommendation is finalized.
  • Public demonstrations use public sources only and disclose dates, scope, limitations, and unknowns.
  • A manufacturer example is not presented as proof for distributors or engineering consultancies.

Request a correction.

Clients, competitors, source owners, and third parties may challenge a public observation. Send the page URL, disputed statement, supporting source, and requested correction to [email protected].

Valid corrections are applied with a visible revision note. Material observations are not silently replaced. Disputed facts remain labeled while they are reviewed.
