The Specifier-Ready Product Page Template
A field-by-field structure for one product page an architect or engineer can discover, verify, and act on, with ownership and approval built into the page model.
The field dictionary is the page skeleton.

|---|---|---|---|
| Product identity | Exact family, model, and variant naming used across the page and source files. | Required | Product owner |
| Application and limitation block | Where the product should and should not be used, with conditions stated. | Required | Technical approver |
| Performance and standards | Approved values, test conditions, standards, editions, listings, and source references. | Required | Technical approver |
| Installation and compatibility | Assembly requirements, substrates, adjacent products, and installation limits. | Required | Technical services |
| Technical resources | Specifications, CAD or BIM, test reports, guides, EPD or HPD files, each dated and versioned. | Required | Content owner |
| Representative and inquiry path | The correct rep, sample, or technical-support route for the project context. | Required | Sales operations |
| Application evidence | Relevant projects or use cases, dated and bounded to what the evidence supports. | Optional | Product marketing |
| Structured data | Machine-readable facts that match the visible page exactly and do not overstate it. | Optional | Web owner |
| Review and revision record | Source owner, approver, effective date, review date, and correction path. | Required | Evidence owner |
How the page should flow.
- 01
Product identity and project fit
- 02
Applications, exclusions, and conditions
- 03
Performance evidence and source trail
- 04
Installation and compatibility
- 05
Current technical resources
- 06
Qualified technical or project action
Apply it to one real product family.
Use the field dictionary to separate what exists today from what a specifier needs. Record who supplied and approved each fact. Keep any structured data equal to, never broader than, the visible content.
